However, what is considered a middle-aged woman?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no exact age at which a woman reaches middle age, and different people have different opinions regarding the age that signifies middle age for women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to one source, middle age for a woman can start anywhere from about 35 and end at about 65. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most millennials and 55-year-olds enjoy these activities, but it&#8217;s not very common.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People also become depressed about growing older because no one lives forever, and once everyone reaches a certain age, death is inevitable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, most people try to live their lives to the fullest and complete all the items on their bucket lists before they&#8217;re too old, which can
